The Why

Inked by SL is a long-standing passion project turned small business which launched in 2020 (officially). I was just fresh out of high school and with the pandemic at an all time high, I decided to try and pursue my love for body art. Simultaneously running my business as I continued to study for my bachelors degree at the University of Waterloo. I have undergone a multitude of highly stressful situations, while simultaneously juggling a jam-packed schedule between my undergraduate experience and working as a part-time graphic designer, and full time business owner.

Inked by SL is a collection of my art pieces as temporary or permanent tattoos. I always aim to create custom and one-of-one designs for my clients (with exceptions for individual's with specific designs in mind). Each tattoo is designed and crafted with meticulous detail to each client, something you can be proud of!
